Vitamin E Is Different From Other Drugs
Mar 08, 2021
Vitamin C, Vitamin E and β-carotene all have the effect of inhibiting free radical activity and protecting human cells, but their effects are different:
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that can circulate in the blood and fluid inside the cells
Vitamin E is fat-soluble and can protect unsaturated fatty acids in the human body from free radical damage. Unsaturated fatty acids have the function of protecting internal organs.
β-carotene regulates hypoxic areas, such as the tiny blood vessels in the muscles, so it has the most protective effect on the eyeballs, lungs and other areas with many small blood vessels. Each antioxidant exerts its best effect in different parts, and the three are supplemented together to achieve the full protection of the body.
