Beyond Self, Unite and Strive Forward-2024 New Element Spring Festival Team Building

Lichun, symbolizing the beginning of spring, is the first of the 24 solar terms. Standing means "beginning"; Spring represents warmth and growth. On the traditional Chinese solar term of the beginning of spring, members of the New Element Marketing Department and some leaders drove to Jiuxian Mountain for team building. There is a saying on this day that "one spring day is better than nine autumn".

Firstly, we arrived at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Qufu City, where everyone climbed up the stairs to admire the monument of revolutionary martyrs standing in the mountains. The entire cemetery is built along the mountain, using the mountain to create a grand atmosphere. The mountain and cemetery are integrated, with a grand momentum. The overall design concept of the cemetery is rigorous, with both traditional characteristics and a rich sense of the times. To the east of the cemetery are 24 martyr tombs and memorial tablets, which record the names of 558 martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives from the Second Revolutionary War to the founding of the country.

We walked down the mountain road and found that the architectural style of the rural amusement park was unique, integrating folk culture and very distinctive. The beautiful scenery inside the farmhouse amusement park is independent and unique, and everyone has experienced a unique farmhouse amusement project. Against the backdrop of the snowy mountains, I enjoyed a delicious farmhouse meal.

This team building has brought us a lot of benefits, not only relaxing our body and mind, but also learning a lot of knowledge about agriculture. By hiking and experiencing rural amusement parks, people can relieve stress and soothe their body and mind.
