Natural antioxidant mixed tocopherols, a member of the vitamin E family. Tocopherols have a variety of homologues, including α-tocopherol, β-tocopherol, γ-tocopherol and δ-tocopherol. Mixed tocopherols are usually extracted and mixed together to maximize their antioxidant function.
