Recommended Dosage
According to the Chinese national standard "National Food Safety Standards - Standards for the Use of Food Additives" (GB 2760-2014), the recommended amount of phytosterols is as follows:
 
  • Dairy products. Add no more than 0.3 grams of phytosterols per kilogram of food.
  • Fat and its products. no more than 0.5 grams of phytosterols per kilogram of food.
  • Fried food. Add no more than 0.6 grams of phytosterols per kilogram of food.

It should be noted that these recommended additions are calculated based on the overall weight of the food. The specific amount added may vary according to different food types and product formulations.
